Please note there are some clubs that do not allow you to buy a membership directly from a friend or another party. In this case you will have to go through the normal process and buy the next golf membership in rotation with the membership director. In most all cases, Transfer Fees will still apply when buying a membership directly from another member, as they would buying from a club.
